​Building a life you don’t need to escape from starts with learning new ways to handle stress and intense emotions. Using DBT skills, we’ll work on managing urges, reducing overwhelm, and creating routines that actually support you. Change doesn’t have to happen all at once, it can happen step by step.

How I Help

Over the last tenyears, I’ve worked with individuals experiencing substance use concerns, and I find this work deeply meaningful. I’m passionate about offering a safe, supportive space for people who are trying to get well and want something that truly helps. In therapy, we’ll look at patterns, explore triggers, and build practical skills that support real change.
