Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. I currently offer virtual therapy only. Online sessions allow you to access support from the comfort of your own space while still receiving structured, effective care.
What do you charge for therapy?
I charge $130 for a 55 minute session.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance at this time, although I would be happy to provide you with a super bill to submit for Out of Network (OON) benefits.
What forms of payment do you take?
I take HSA and FSA. check, cash, and credits cards through contactless forms of payment.
​Do you offer DBT therapy?
​Yes. DBT is a main focus of my work and I use skills based support to help clients build stability and coping tools.
​Who is DBT therapy a good fit for?
​DBT is a great fit if you feel overwhelmed by emotions, feel stuck in repeating patterns, or want practical tools that actually help.
Do you offer trauma therapy?
Yes, I am trained in EMDR and also Prolonged Exposure therapy and can provide this for both adults and teens.
Do you work with suicidal thoughts or self harm urges?
​Yes. I provide structured, supportive therapy for suicidal ideation and self harm urges, with a focus on safety and skills.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains the expected cost of your mental health care. If you do not have insurance or you are not using insurance, you can request an estimate for non emergency services, including psychotherapy, before scheduling.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
